Application
JIS G3461 STB340 used for economizer, heat exchanger and so on.
Economizer tube is an important part of boiler economizer, mainly made of seamless steel tube by bending or folding. The cast iron economizer consists of a series of horizontal cast iron pipes which are flanged at each end with cast iron elbows. The tubular economizer consists of a series of parallel serpentine tubes. The serpentine tubes are made of seamless steel tubes with an outside diameter of 25 ~ 42 mm. The tubes are usually arranged in staggered rows.
Modern large and medium-sized boilers generally use membrane water wall, which is composed of rolled fin tubes, the fins of adjacent tubes are connected, and welded into a whole by electric welding. The advantages of membrane water wall are: good sealing of furnace, reduce air leakage, reduce smoke loss, and facilitate micro-positive pressure combustion; It can fully protect the furnace wall, so the thickness and weight of the furnace wall can be reduced, which is conducive to the use of suspension structure; Can improve the coking situation in the furnace; The pre-combination degree of boiler components is improved and the installation workload can be reduced. Compared with the water wall of the pipe, the heat absorption capacity of the pipe is improved. Therefore, most boilers produced in recent years use film water wall. Membrane water wall requires that the thermal deviation between adjacent pipes should be as small as possible to prevent thermal stress caused by thermal deviation, resulting in pipe damage. In order to withstand deflaring pressure in the furnace or combustion pressure fluctuation in the furnace, resulting in deformation or damage to the structure of the water wall, rigid beams must be arranged in layers around the outside of the furnace wall, so that the whole water wall becomes a rigid whole.
