ASTM A213 T22 Seamless Ferritic Alloy-Steel Boiler Tubes are made by the seamless process,ASTM A213 T22 Steel Tubes for Seamless Ferritic and Austenitic Alloy-Steel Boiler, Superheater, and Heat-Exchanger Tubes.
T22 Boiler Tube is a high temperature tolerance tube that is used in acidic and corrosive environments such as the hydrochloric processing and in aluminum chloride catalyst involving applications. The material is resistant to strong inducing agents. Multi Metals (India) is a large supplier and manufacturer of the T22 Boiler Tube in various specifications, standards and types. There are seamless, EFW and Fabricated types with specification ASTM A213 and A691. The standards are according to ASTM, ASME and API standards. The outer dimensions of the tubes range from ½ inches to 5 inches but custom diameter tubes are also possible with us.
The T22 Tube Materials have low carbon less than 0.15%, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon and molybdenum in the composition. It has 163 HB max hardness, 205MPa minimum yield strength and 415MPa minimum tensile strength. The Sa213 T22 Tube can be welded with most conventional methods. Where the oxy-acetylene or submerged arc welding methods are to be employed, the tube has to be post weld heat treated; mostly annealing.

Packing plays very important role for SA213 T22 alloy Steel tube.Different types of packing methods are adopted by Multi Metals India, depending on the customer's need and type of product.Selection of type of packing depends on customers need as specified in customer's purchase order. If nothing is specified in the customer purchase order, our standard packing style is followed.
All shipping documentation is provided for SA213 T22 alloy Steel tube delivery from mill to customer.All the SA213 T22 alloy Steel tube are supplied with standard end capes on both ends. Special types of end caps are supplied if required by customer.Shipping Marks are attached to each Wooden Crate, Wooden Box and Bundle packing.
