P265GH Steel material is the heat resistant pressure vessel steels defined in the EN 10216-2 system.
en 1.0425 is a carbon non-alloy steel formulated for primary forming into wrought products. It has specified properties are appropriate for the normalized condition. 1.0425 is the EN numeric designation for this material while P265GH is the EN chemical designation.
EN 10216-2 P265GH is ideally suited for elevated temperature service, is commonly found in the chemical, oil & gas and petrochemical industry. 
1.0425 P265GH carbon steel seamless tubes is a main fabricating material of boilers and pressurized vessels. 1.0425 steel can be normalized by keeping it against a temperature range of 890 to 950°C without holding; the heat can be passed on through the thickness of it.
P265GH Steel High Pressure Boiler Tubes are mostly water tube boilers in which water is on the tube side while flue gases flow across the tubes thereby transferring heat from flue gases to water using cross flow heat transfer.
P265GH 1.0425 has a moderately high embodied energy among wrought carbon or non-alloy steels. In addition to this it has moderately high electrical conductivity and moderately high base cost.

Production process

MANUFACTURING PROCESS
(1)Steel making process
Steels shall be fully killed.
(2)Tube manufacture and delivery conditions
The tubes shall be manufactured by a seamless process.
The tubes can be either hot or cold finished.


1. Materials: Take the raw materials out of the raw material warehouse or procurement channels, and conduct inspection and sorting;
2.temperature control: according to the required performance of the product, choose the appropriate temperature, and control it within a certain range;
3. Heating: Use hot blast stove or other heating methods to heat raw materials to the required temperature;
4.annealing: the heated raw materials into the torch box for annealing treatment, in order to improve the mechanical properties of raw materials;
5. Hot rolling: Put the heated raw materials into the hot rolling mill, and process the raw materials through pressure to obtain the required products;
6.cooling: hot rolled products with water or other coolant for cooling, to ensure the stability of the product structure;
7.detection: physical and chemical performance test to determine whether it meets the requirements;
8. Finishing: Organize the products, label them, and prepare them for loading and delivery.
