ASTM A213 Tp304 is a grade that covers standard heat exchanger or high-pressure tubes that are designed with 304 austenitic stainless steel. The ASTM A213 TP304 Tube is designed with a superior composition consisting of chromium and nickel. This gives the tubes enhanced resistance against corrosive and oxidative media across an array of stress-induced environments. The grade covers standard seamless, welded, and erw configurations. The A213 Type 304 Seamless Tubes are produced via an extrusion process, where hot steel billets are passed through metal to shape them in correct dimensions up to 24 inches. The absence of seam or welds within the ASTM A213 TP304 SS Seamless Tubing has excellent strength and superior load-bearing capacity in difficult environmental conditions. The material is expensive but is preferred in harsh environments where other tubes would distort.
SA213 TP304 is a range of minimum wall thickness pipe series. Oshwin Overseas produces the SA 213 Tp 304 Pipes in different types, shapes and sizes. The SA 213 Tp 304 Material consists of 18% chromium and carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon and nickel in the composition. There is also the molybdenum, nitrogen, niobium and titanium addition in trace quantities. The SA 213 Tp 304 Density is lower than the ordinary 304 material. It is 7.8 grams per cubic centimeter. We offer ASTM A213 Tp 304 for high temperature services. The SA213 Grade 304 SS Welded Tube is a good alternative to the expensive seamless tubes. The versatile tubes are produced by rolling pieces of sheet or strip and welding them in place using standard shop welding procedures. This ASME SA213 Gr 304 Welded Tubing is tested and screened before it is used in high pressure and temperature applications. The tubing can be produced in different sizes. The ASTM A213 304 ERW Tubing is produced by welding steel longitudinally without requiring filler material. Here high-voltage electric current is passed through the metal grade to weld it in the correct configuration. ASTM A213 Type 304 ERW Tubing has a lower rate of sensitization and is available in sizes between 1/8 to 36 NB. These tubes have a thickness between 0.8mm up to 12.7mm and can be availed in custom lengths. 1. Materials: Take the raw materials out of the raw material warehouse or procurement channels, and conduct inspection and sorting;
2.temperature control: according to the required performance of the product, choose the appropriate temperature, and control it within a certain range;
3. Heating: Use hot blast stove or other heating methods to heat raw materials to the required temperature;
4.annealing: the heated raw materials into the torch box for annealing treatment, in order to improve the mechanical properties of raw materials;
5. Hot rolling: Put the heated raw materials into the hot rolling mill, and process the raw materials through pressure to obtain the required products;
6.cooling: hot rolled products with water or other coolant for cooling, to ensure the stability of the product structure;
7.detection: physical and chemical performance test to determine whether it meets the requirements;
8. Finishing: Organize the products, label them, and prepare them for loading and delivery.
