The seamless steel pipe is made of perforated whole round steel, and the steel pipe without weld seam on the surface is called seamless steel pipe. According to the production method, seamless steel pipes can be divided into hot-rolled seamless steel pipes, cold-rolled seamless steel pipes, cold-drawn seamless steel pipes, extruded seamless steel pipes, and pipe jacking.  According to different uses, there are thick-walled seamless steel pipes and thin-walled seamless steel pipes. Seamless steel pipes are mainly used as petroleum geological drilling pipes, cracking pipes for petrochemical industries, boiler pipes, bearing pipes and high-precision structural steel pipes for automobiles, tractors and aviation.The production of our seamless pipes is tightly regulated and all of the pipes we stock have been fully tested to international standards to ensure we only supply the highest quality products.

DIN 17175 Grade St 45-8 standard applies to seamless tubes including tubes for headers of heat-resistant steels which are used in the construction of boilers, pipe-lines, pressure vessels and equipment for service up to 600″ and at simultaneous high pressures, where the to total stress and the relevant scaling conditions can raise or lower the temperature limit. Our pipe are been supplied in both Plain Square cut,Deburred Ends or Bevelled End. This can be provided with Mill Standard Varnished ,stencilled and bundle Strapped with end caps fitted. Manufacturing method
DIN 17175 St45.8 Seamless Steel Tubes may be produced by hot rolling, cold rolling, hot pressing, hot drawing or cold drawing.

Production Process
1. Materials: Take the raw materials out of the raw material warehouse or procurement channels, and conduct inspection and sorting;
2.temperature control: according to the required performance of the product, choose the appropriate temperature, and control it within a certain range;
3. Heating: Use hot blast stove or other heating methods to heat raw materials to the required temperature;

7.detection: physical and chemical performance test to determine whether it meets the requirements;
8. Finishing: Organize the products, label them, and prepare them for loading and delivery.
